1. Information We Collect

1. Local file information: The App reads audio files (including MP3, FLAC, DSD, WAV, and other formats) stored on your device for music playback, playlist management, and metadata display. We never upload your local music files to any server.
2. Network source and cloud drive credentials: When you configure network sources such as SMB, NFS, WebDAV, DLNA, Navidrome, Jellyfin, or Emby, or bind your Baidu Netdisk account, the server addresses, credentials, and OAuth tokens are stored only on your device and used solely to connect to your own servers and drives. They are never sent to us. Baidu Netdisk access is granted via OAuth; we never receive or store your Baidu account password.
3. Device information: Information such as device model, OS version, and CPU architecture is written only to local logs for compatibility troubleshooting. The App contains no crash-reporting SDK, and this information is not uploaded unless you voluntarily send logs to us when reporting an issue.
4. Wi-Fi file transfer: File transfers between devices occur peer-to-peer over your local network and never pass through external servers.

The App does not provide account registration or login, and does not collect your name, phone number, email address, or any other identifying information. The App contains no advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking SDKs.

2. How We Use Your Information

1. To provide, maintain, and improve the App's music playback and library management features;
2. To connect to the network sources and cloud drives you configure yourself;
3. To troubleshoot issues when you voluntarily contact us.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

1. With your explicit consent;
2. With third-party services necessary to provide features (such as the Baidu Netdisk open platform), limited to the minimum information required;
3. As required by laws, regulations, or mandatory requests from government or judicial authorities;
4. In anonymized or aggregated form for statistics or research.

4. Data Storage and Security

1. Your music files, library database, playlists, and favorites are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to the cloud.
2. Credentials for network sources (SMB/WebDAV/Navidrome accounts, Baidu OAuth tokens, etc.) are stored only locally on your device.
3. Network communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption.
4. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, although no method of transmission over the internet is absolutely secure.

5. Data Retention

1. Local data (music files, playlists, favorites, settings) remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
2. We operate no server-side account system and retain no personal information about you.
3. Uninstalling the App permanently erases all local data.

6. Your Rights

1. You may revoke Camera or Local Network permissions at any time in the system settings; some features may become unavailable as a result;
2. You may remove network source configurations or unbind Baidu Netdisk to clear the corresponding local credentials;
3. You may uninstall the App to erase all local data;

7. Children's Privacy

1. The App is rated 4+ and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
2. If we learn that a child has used the App without guardian consent, we will take steps to delete the relevant information.
3. Guardians who become aware of such use may contact us, and we will cooperate accordingly.

1. Camera: scanning QR codes to import EQ configurations;
2. Local Network: connecting to SMB shares, discovering DLNA devices, accessing WebDAV/NFS/Navidrome/Jellyfin/Emby servers, and Wi-Fi file transfer between devices;
3. Background Audio: continuing music playback in the background or on the lock screen;
4. File Access: reading music files on your device, receiving files via Wi-Fi transfer, and importing/exporting documents through system file sharing.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The App itself does not use cookies. Cookies generated during the Baidu Netdisk OAuth web flow are managed by Baidu and governed by Baidu's privacy policy. Local storage is used to remember your preferences and playback state.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our business evolves or as required by law. Updated policies will be published in the App or on our official website and take effect upon publication.
